As Financial Service Professionals entrusted with sensitive financial or non-public personal information, we respect your right to privacy and we are committed to protecting your rights responsibly. We understand that you expect your personal and financial affairs to be held in the strictest confidence. Thus, the safekeeping of your personal information is a priority for us. - Deposit Accounts;
- Loan Accounts;
- Safe Deposit Box Services;
- Home Mortgage Brokerage; or
- All Individual Retirement Accounts for which we act as custodian.
We collect non-public personal information about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other forms;
- Information about your transactions with us; and
- Information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.
We do not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.
We may disclose non-public personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.
We do not reveal non-public personal information about you outside of our service providers and joint marketers unless:
a) You request or authorize disclosure;
b) The information is provided to complete a transaction initiated by you;
c) The information is provided to a credit bureau or similar reporting agency; or
d) The disclosure is otherwise lawfully permitted or required.
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements.
